LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to every contract between you and Monaco Labs GmbH (“Supapod”, “we”, “us”), Watzmannstraße 4, 81541 München, Germany, for the Supapod membership (including the SupaPod tracker rental), the purchase of a SupaPod vest, and your use of the Supapod app and website.
We currently sell to and ship within Germany only. Our offers are aimed at consumers. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. The contract language is English.
2. Who can use Supapod
Supapod is built for rugby players of all ages, including youth players. If you are under 18, you may only use Supapod with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Orders and memberships for anyone under 18 must be placed by a parent or guardian, who becomes our contract partner and is responsible for payment and for returning the pod.
- A parent or guardian who allows a minor to use Supapod is responsible for supervising that use and for making sure the minor follows these terms.
- If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Your account
You need a Supapod account to use the app. Give us accurate details, keep your login secure, and don’t share your account — each account is for one person. Tell us at support@supapod.app if you think someone else has accessed it. You can delete your account at any time from the app.
4. Membership & billing
The Supapod membership gives you the use of a SupaPod tracker and access to the Supapod app for as long as your membership is active.
- Free trial: new memberships start with a 7-day free trial, beginning when you complete checkout. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged.
- Price: after the trial, the membership costs €10 per month, including VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
- Renewal: the membership renews automatically each month and is charged in advance to the payment method you chose at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails, we’ll let you know and access to the app may be paused until the payment is made.
- Price changes: we’ll tell you about any price change at least 30 days before it takes effect. You can cancel before then if you don’t agree.
5. The pod is rented, not sold
The SupaPod tracker remains the property of Monaco Labs GmbH at all times. While your membership is active, you may use it for your own training and matches. Please don’t sell, lend out, sublet, open, or modify the pod, or try to alter its firmware.
Normal wear and tear is expected. If your pod stops working through no fault of your own, contact support and we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. If it is lost or stolen, please tell us promptly.
6. Cancellation & returning your pod
You can cancel your membership at any time in the app under Profile → Manage Pod rental, on our website at Cancel contracts here (no login needed), or by emailing support@supapod.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (or at the end of your trial), and you keep access until then. There is no minimum term.
When your membership ends, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Please send the pod back within 14 days of your membership ending. Returning the pod costs you nothing.
We don’t charge a fee for late returns. The pod remains our property, so we’ll contact you if we haven’t received it. If we introduce a deposit or a non-return fee in the future, it will only apply to new memberships, or to existing ones after we have told you and you have agreed.
We may end your membership with at least one month’s notice, or straight away for good cause (for example, serious or repeated breaches of these terms). If we do, we’ll refund any amount you’ve paid for the period after it ends.
7. Buying a vest
The SupaPod vest is a one-time purchase (€20 including VAT, plus shipping shown at checkout). Once paid for, it’s yours to keep, including after you cancel your membership.
8. Orders & delivery
Your contract is formed when you complete payment at checkout, and we confirm your order by email. We deliver to addresses in Germany. If something arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, email support@supapod.app and we’ll put it right.
9. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods (the pod for a membership, the vest for a vest purchase).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Monaco Labs GmbH, Watzmannstraße 4, 81541 München, Germany, email: support@supapod.app) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except supplementary costs from choosing a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you tell us of your withdrawal. We provide a prepaid label for returning the pod. You bear the direct cost of returning a vest. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If you asked for the membership to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportionate to what was provided until you told us of your withdrawal. As the first 7 days are free, in most cases this will be nothing.

10. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. For the vest, that means two years from delivery. For the pod, we keep it in working order for as long as your membership lasts (see section 5).
11. The app & your data
While your account is active, we grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Supapod app and website. Please don’t copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful. All rights in the app, firmware, content, and the Supapod brand stay with us.
You own your session data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it. Connecting third-party services such as Strava is optional, and their own terms apply.
We work to keep Supapod available and improving. Features may change over time, and there may sometimes be interruptions for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
12. Health & safety
Supapod is not a medical device. Speed, distance, load, impact, and other metrics are estimates to help your training, not medical or diagnostic information. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training programme, and stop if you feel pain or unwell. Wear the pod only in the SupaPod vest or as instructed, and follow the rules of your club and competition on wearable devices.
13. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, under the German Product Liability Act, and where we have given a guarantee.
For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of obligations that are essential to carrying out the contract and that you may regularly rely on. In that case, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, our liability for slight negligence is excluded.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We’ll tell you about material changes by email or in the app at least 30 days in advance. Changes that affect your existing membership will only apply with your agreement, and you can cancel at any time.
15. Governing law & disputes
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you normally live.
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a problem, please email us first. We’ll do our best to sort it out.
